I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right on the waterfront. The hotel facilities were great, with fast internet in the room. The staff were polite and responsible, making me feel safe and catered to. And the breakfast was delicious.

The sauna didn't work, none of the machines in the gym worked. Our room faced an old concrete wall of a hotel in front.

Excellent location. Courteous staff. Nice rooms at attractive price. Sea view room.
No arrangement for veg breakfast. Lifts are old fashioned.

The hotel is conveniently located just a block from the seafront, making it easy to enjoy a stroll along the beach. Its central location in the bustling part of town means that there are plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants within walking distance. the rooms are clean and bright, with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. the staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. the breakfast offers a good variety, including bread, butter, fresh juice, and different jams. the hotel also has a pool and a taxi rank right outside.
Some guests mentioned a lack of wardrobe space and hangers in the rooms.

We spent our Christmas holiday at a hotel on the Aegean coast of Turkey. the hotel offered a beach directly across the street from the hotel and the view of the Aegean Sea was simply stunning. the location was perfect as it was only a short walk to a modern mall with great restaurants and shops. the hotel room was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.
Our room was quite outdated and the bathroom in need of renovation. the shower was not functioning properly and the shower curtain smelled musty.

This hotel was well located adjacent to the beach within the city. I was icky enough to be given Room 501 - which is the very last room at the end of the corridor on the top floor - with magnificent beach, ocean and city views. The rooms are spacious and well maintained, and all the amenities are good. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a block away from the bustling marina area and with shops conveniently located only 100 meters away. The view from our room was stunning, overlooking the sea and the busy port. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They even offered us complimentary dinner and breakfast, which was a nice touch. The room was clean and neat, exceeding our expectations. We also appreciated the additional amenities such as the balcony, in-room safe, and flat-screen TV. The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were great for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful weather. The free Wi-Fi in public areas was a bonus.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The staff were absolutely super and accommodating. The main road in front of the hotel was torn up while we were there but the staff did all they could to help us out (the manager gave us free dinners at the hotel during our stay in compensation for the road work). I cannot say enough about the great staff there. The location was nice. Very short walk to the seaside and beach. Shops and restaurants close by. Was a nice area to go for strolls. We stayed here at the end of November.
The only real negative about the Palm was the food. Breakfasts were the same every day (and not very good). The waiters were very kind, just the food was very bad. As an aside though we discovered a very nice restaurant just down the way that was located in a hotel. The name of the restaurant is Maravista (if I remember correctly).

It was close to the waterfront restaurants and shopping. The bathroom was roomy and the shower was always hot.
They charged €1 per day for the safe- I have never had to pay for an in-room safe anywhere else.
